ATTY. KRISTINE CARMINA R. MANAOG, RN is a Partner in Estrada & Aquino Law. She has two licensed professions attached to her name. Prior to her law studies, Atty. KC earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Santo Tomas – College of Nursing in 2010, and passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam (PNLE) in the same year. She then obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree also at the University of Santo Tomas – Faculty of Civil Law in 2018, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in June 2019. In July 2023, she completed the Executive Program on “Transforming Philippine Education Through Effective Policy Reforms” at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
Her practice primarily focuses on education law, contracts, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance, and has experiences in litigation. She also appears before the House of Representatives, Senate, Department of Education (DepEd) and Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as a resource speaker for public hearings and meetings affecting policies in education.
Atty. KC serves as the Legal Counsel of various educational associations and institutions, including the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations of the Philippines (COCOPEA), and Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), among others.
