ATTY. KRISTINE CARMINA R. MANAOG, RN, Senior Associate Lawyer, has two licensed professions attached to her name. Prior to her law studies, Atty. KC earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Santo Tomas – College of Nursing in 2010, and passed the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam (PNLE) in the same year. She then obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree also at the University of Santo Tomas – Faculty of Civil Law in 2018 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in June 2019. She joined the Firm in December 2018 as a Junior Associate Attorney.
Prior to her law practice, Atty. KC interned with the International Justice Mission (IJM) – Manila where she assisted foreign and local partners in its activities against human trafficking. She also served as an alternate special investigator in the Legal Unit of the Department of Education Region IV-B Regional Office where she took part in administrative investigations, conducted inspections, drafted resolutions, reviewed contracts and other legal documents. While juggling academics as a law student, she was also active in various student activities. She volunteered in the Bar operations; was a member of the Dean’s Circle; joined a law sorority; and served as an officer at the Student Council.
Her practice primarily focuses on education law, labor law, contracts, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance. She also has experiences in civil and criminal litigation.
